one AT NAIT Card

The one AT NAIT office is now open for in-person services. Photo upload is mandatory for all staff and students. Upload your photo and you will receive further details on card pickup and mail-out in your photo approval email.

If you are a U-Pass eligible student and your one AT NAIT card does not have the Verification and Smartfare Numbers on it, you need to obtain an updated card. If you already have a photo on file, you can pick up your new card on campus anytime (see location and hours below).

Your one AT NAIT card is your official NAIT identification card, and it also allows you to add funds to use at eat AT NAIT and shop AT NAIT locations and wherever one AT NAIT cards are accepted.

Deposit funds for a student

Parents, friends or third-parties can make deposits on behalf of students by visiting the Parental Deposit page. Funds can be deposited to student cards using debit or credit card. Parents will require the student ID number and date of birth to deposit funds.

A receipt will be sent to the email address entered on the payment page upon successful completion of a deposit. Parents will not be able to withdraw funds once deposited, nor will they have access to financial statements, card balances or transaction history.

Cardholder Agreement
