Apply to Attend Convocation
Please note, the application form to attend Convocation is now closed. The cut-off date to apply to attend was May 15, 2024. Due to logistics and timing constraints, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any additional students to participate in Convocation and no exceptions can be made.
While we are unable to accommodate late applications for this year's Convocation, we encourage you to apply to attend NAIT’s Convocation in 2025. Applications will open in early 2025.
Convocation is a special time to celebrate your academic achievement with family, friends, classmates and NAIT faculty and staff. For the class of 2024, Convocation is June 24, 25 and 26 at the Edmonton Convention Centre. We can’t wait to celebrate you.
The deadline to apply to attend Convocation has now passed. If you missed the deadline to apply to attend Convocation, we encourage you to apply to attend NAIT’s Convocation in 2025. Applications will open in early 2025.

You've applied, now what?
Once you've applied, you can expect to hear whether you’ve met your graduation requirements and are approved to attend Convocation at the end of May.
If you’re graduating from one of the following programs, you will be notified whether you’ve met your graduation requirements and are approved to attend Convocation by June 10.
- Animal Health Technician
- Advanced Care Paramedic
- Alternative Energy Technology
- Biomedical Engineering Technology
- Captioning and Court Reporting
- Denturist Technology
- Medical Radiologic Technology
After you've been approved to attend
Grads, who have been approved to attend convocation - congrats! That's all you need to do. No need to worry about getting a ticket for yourself. However, if you are planning to invite guests, you will need to request tickets on their behalf.
