Summer Programs

Experience a summer like no other by participating in a summer academic program while earning academic credit. Summer schools are:  

  • organized by NAIT’s international partner institutions
  • offered between May and August
  • two to four weeks long
  • eligible for transfer credit
  • have extracurricular activities to ensure students explore the local culture in a host country

Deep Dive into Entrepreneurship

This course teaches entrepreneurial processes by putting theories into action. You will get to work with your own business ideas, develop new skills and competencies and work with other students from around the world.

United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals and Co-Creation

This summer school unfolds the United Nations’ sustainable development goals through student participation in a cross cultural and cross educational context.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a Summer Program, NAIT students must:

  • have completed one full year at a bachelor's level
  • be currently enrolled as a full-time student at NAIT

  • be in good academic standing with a GPA of 2.0 or higher

  • be 18 years of age or older

Requirements for international students

If you are an international student that is interested in participating in a Summer Program, you are required to meet with an International Advisor to ensure your study permit will not be impacted by travelling abroad. See more details on the how to apply page.
