Develop your skills and knowledge and learn about operations management. Operations management encompasses the day-to-day activities of any company. Operations Managers analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to boost quality, productivity and efficiency.
The operations function lies at the core of the business, no matter if you manufacture goods or deliver services.
Students will learn a wide variety of skills and techniques, related to delivering services and manufacturing products, by focusing on demand forecasting and inventory management, production planning, supply chain management, scheduling and queuing analysis, location planning and work system design.
