Course Overview
Ecommerce is a vital sales channel. This course teaches the key features of e-commerce websites and principles of UX design, SEM and sales channels, awareness and consideration channels, social commerce and tactics, and finally using omnichannel to improve the customer experience. This course delivers the digital marketing knowledge and material you’ll need for the Digital Marketing Institute Tracks exam. Upon completing the course, you will write the DMI-administered online exam. This course is offered by NAIT in partnership with Digital Marketing Institute (DMI). Assessment and grading are through DMI and you will receive marks from them.
