Course Overview

Invigorate your crisis management know-how. With the knowledge gained in this course, you will have key insights into crisis preparedness, prevention, resilience and recovery best practices. Delve into material that covers risk from an all-hazards perspective; not just natural or human-caused disasters, but also crises of public confidence, service delivery, regulatory/legal, and any other significant event. Discover the special considerations and decisions that you would need to make in an evolving crisis. Graduates of this course will understand how an organization can effectively prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from the crisis and navigate the most damaging hazards by using essential elements of response and recovery.
