Course Overview

Master 18 strategies of plain English that professional writers use to clear clutter from their messages— strategies you can apply every day to enhance your letters, reports, and email messages. Participants who complete this course will be able to employ writing principles and strategies to communicate clearly and concisely.

After successful completion of this course, you will be able to identify and correct awkward writing that affects sentence logic. You will also be able to implement proven methods for writing good news, bad news, and persuasive messages.

With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to use the principles of business writing style to craft clear and concise business communications, format business letters, and create well-written emails.
