Course Overview
Use Microsoft Word to achieve effective, productive, and innovative solutions for your personal or work environment. With the skills gained in this course you will be able to use advanced formatting techniques and tools in Microsoft Word.
Graduates of this course will be able to track changes and use master documents and columns. You will also be able to choose and implement writing and formatting tools such as creating title pages, tables of contents, captions, footnotes, endnotes, and indexes.
Upon successful completion of this course you will be able to apply multimedia aesthetics to grab your audience’s attention by inserting pictures, shapes, WordArt, SmartArt, and ClipArt into documents. You will also be able to exercise access control by protecting documents, to customize Word, and to apply merge codes.
It is recommended that you complete CCTO230, Microsoft Word Level II, prior to enrollment in this course.
