Embark on a journey through the evolving landscape of real estate with smart contracts. This 14-hour course introduces Canadian real estate practitioners and technology developers to the transformative role of smart contracts in property management, transactions, and investment. With a focus on blockchain technology, explore leading use cases, the dynamics of digital solutions, and the practical aspects of adopting smart contract technologies in real estate. With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to discuss and analyze smart contract applications in real estate, focusing on property registry, transactions, and investments.

Please note that this course involves blended delivery, requiring 8 hours of self-paced online work plus three 2-hour instructor-led virtual classes.
