Blair Lebsack

As one of the city’s biggest champions of local food, Blair Lebsack (Cook '98) created a unique concept: cook where the food is. After years of setting tables at a farm near you, he's set up a space based on the same culinary theme just west of downtown. In 2014, it made number four on enRoute magazine's list of best new restaurants in Canada.
