Build in-demand hospitality skills
Gain the knowledge and skills to succeed in the food and beverage industry as a front-line service professional. The delivery of food and beverage is diverse: service can be as intricate as a chateaubriand prepared tableside or as simple as pre-wrapped sandwich handed across a countertop. Providing customers with refreshments, at any level, requires rigorous training in areas such as guest interaction, food safety and product knowledge.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be able to:
- demonstrate communication skills and professional conduct in alignment with industry and organizational expectations and standards
- engage with guests to create exceptional hospitality experiences and build customer loyalty
- demonstrate mastery of food and beverage techniques in diverse hospitality settings

Classroom and study hours:
In addition to the industry work placement, you will take courses on-campus for the first 2 weeks of the program as well as online throughout the 8 months.
