Success in our personal and professional lives depends on our ability to recognize, understand, and manage our emotions and those of others.
EQ is a pivotal factor in shaping personal and professional success. IQ may get you the job, but your EQ and ability to manage your emotions and connect with others will determine your success with the job. Participants who successfully complete this course will be able to describe and use EQ strategies to connect with people at a personal and emotional level. You will also be able to apply EQ techniques to inspire, make a difference, and create a positive, productive workplace.
