Course Overview

Quantum computing poses a significant threat to traditional encryption methods, with potential vulnerabilities emerging within the next 5–15 years. This challenge creates an immediate need for quantum-secure solutions to protect sensitive data. In this 1-hour non-technical course, you will explore the Quantum Threat and the Quantum Solutions. Discover cutting-edge encryption solutions like Post-Quantum Cryptography, Quantum Key Distribution, and Quantum Random Number Generators. Explore state-of-the-art demonstrations and quantum communication protocols that are currently being used.

With the knowledge gained in this course, you will be able to identify practical applications for these quantum technologies and their role in improving cybersecurity.
