Course Overview

Moving your enterprise workloads to a cloud-hosted environment? Ready to build your business case and Cloud product utilizing frameworks and methodologies? Describe Cloud Enablement and Continuous Improvement Sustainability as a practice. Create your Business Case that will enable stakeholder decision-making on migration to workloads/projects. Simulate a test to see how viable the migration could be to the cloud. Discuss what elements need to be considered to ensure feasibility can be properly assessed. Establish a governance model of how to operate in the cloud for operational sustainability and what guiding principles should be considered to develop a framework for your migration. With the skills you gain in this course, you will be able to participate in the business planning and selection of cloud computing services and prepare for migrating of assets.
