Emergency Management Stakeholder Summit Speaker Application

Personal information is being collected for the purpose of obtaining speaker applications and proposed presentations to be discussed at the Emergency Management Stakeholder Summit. The collection is authorized under section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) and all personal information will be managed in accordance with the privacy provisions in the Act.
