Mosaic festival celebrates diverse culture at NAIT

Food, dance, workshops, and movies from the many cultures of the NAIT community to be showcased Thursday at the Mosaic Festival

EDMONTON – Food, dance, workshops, and movies from the many cultures that make up the NAIT community will be showcased Thursday at the polytechnic’s Mosaic Festival.

The foyer of the Centre of Applied Technology building will take on a street festival feel with hundreds of staff and students enjoying main stage performances, international food tasting booths, movie screenings and cultural workshops. A drumming circle, blanket exercise and round dance will be featured, along with performances of Bollywood guitar, African dance and Bhangra dance.
