Sandra Marocco, B. Comm
Sandra Marocco was appointed Vice-President Industry Partnerships and Chief Marketing Officer at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in September 2018 after spending the majority of her career working in media.
Ms. Marocco’s career has spanned across human resources, marketing, communications, strategic partnerships and product innovation. Prior to joining NAIT, she worked locally, regionally and nationally in various leadership roles – collaborating and working with many businesses in various industries from government, technology, agriculture, tourism, energy, for-profit and not-for-profit sectors to help them to understand how to best engage, retain, grow and add value to their audiences.
Her passion is taking an inspiring vision and turning it into a powerful execution that engages audiences and returns measurable results.
She has also given back to her community through her extensive work with not-for-profit boards spanning the social and health sectors. Ms. Marocco has spent the past decade serving as a Director, Executive member and most recently as President of the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Northern Alberta.
