Help us shape the job profile of our next president

Published on October 03, 2019

Members of the NAIT community,

On behalf of the Board of Governors’ presidential search committee, I’m pleased to share an update on the recruitment of NAIT’s next president and CEO. This is a top priority for the Board of Governors, and we’re excited about our next steps.

We know that the role of president has an impact on all members of the NAIT community – including our staff, students, alumni and partners. This is why we want to make sure we understand what you believe are important qualities in a polytechnic leader – including the knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and personal attributes you believe they should have.

We invite you to share your thoughts on what makes a great presidential candidate, and what you believe are the key issues and opportunities for our new president. This feedback will be considered as we work with Boyden to finalize the job profile we’ll use during the search.

You can do this by visiting nait.ca/presidential-search-survey and taking a short, confidential survey. The survey closes on Friday, Oct. 18, 2019.

On behalf of the Board of Governors, thank you for participating in this process. Your feedback is important to us and we look forward to your responses.

Sincerely,

Daryl Kruper
Vice-Chair, Board of Governors
Chair, Presidential Search Committee
