Nicole Medeiros is the community manager for ATB's Entrepreneurship Centres in Northern Alberta.  She will lead us through a candid discussion with a panel of Edmonton entrepreneurs.  We will get personal with the good, the bad and the ugly.

"Accept that you may fail, but instead of wallowing, learn from your missteps. Some entrepreneurs go through several failed startups before finding their golden ticket. It requires a degree of humility to accept education and insight from your mistakes, so check your ego at the door... Being an entrepreneur can be tough, but the rewards are tremendous. People can tell you how good it feels to see your business win and thrive, but until you see it happen, it’s hard to really comprehend the sheer joy and satisfaction." Excerpts from The Startup Medium Tips.

Brandon Boutin of Town Square Brewing Co, Colleen Nuc of Hoopla Media, and Meagan Schroder of Roth Schroder Professional Corporation will share their experiences with us on this panel.

As a connector Nicole works with community partners and experts in the entrepreneurial ecosystem bringing initiatives and connections to the Entrepreneur centre through content and community building. Having over 10 years of marketing expertise Nicole works with the team to promote the Entrepreneur Centres, as well as scheduling all of the workshops, events and programming for the centres in Edmonton, Grande Prairie and Pop Up markets. Prior to joining the ATB team in 2016, Nicole worked at Alberta Women Entrepreneurs as their Marketing Manager.
