Be a hero for mental health

Will you lend a helping paw today?

Flynn, NAIT's beloved wellness dog, is retiring this spring. For more than a decade, Flynn has helped more than 25,000 students and staff, as a mental health ambassador, bringing comfort, joy and countless tail wags across campus.

In honour of the impact Flynn has made, we're creating Flynn's Fund to help provide therapy, counselling and emotional support to those who need it most.

Donate now to continue Flynn's impact

With your help, we can keep sharing comfort, care, and healing —just like Flynn has every day.

Help students access mental health supports

A Canadian Alliance of Student Associations study found that 75% of all post-secondary students report negative mental health experiences – and 25% said they have poor mental health.

Your gift will help NAIT students access counselling and wellness services, supporting them with more outreach – and yes, more wagging tails to spread love and care across our community.

Gifts of all sizes will make a difference to NAIT students. Your generosity ensures that more students receive the support they need.

“Flynn is like a warm handshake to students, that there's a sense of safety. He touched a lot of people and supported them in a way they needed at that moment. He truly cares for people and they pick up on it - and that's what his legacy is.”
