The Next Act Pub got a sibling with MEAT, a smokehouse opened up right next door by McLaughlin (APP-Cook '04) and the ownership team. It's southside southern barbecue: brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, all featuring homemade sauces. And, of course, there's bourbon.
