Cavern was started by Tricia Bell (APP-Cook '86). Choose from a "portfolio" of 75 cheeses to take away or stay and enjoy a selection on a cheese board, light fare, dessert, coffee and wine, beer and spirits.

Cavern doesn't take reservations but will cater events and take private bookings.
